Drip Sounds makes every drip particle land audibly, with configurable volume and sound category. It also exposes settings for how often drip particles spawn and how many blocks receive random animation ticks, which reaches other effects such as smoke, falling leaves, fireflies and bubble columns, along with ambient sounds from fire, lava and portals. Entirely client-side, so a server does not need it installed.

How to install Drip Sounds

1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Drip Sounds supports 1.16.1 – 1.21.11.
2Download Needs Cloth Config API, Fabric API and Mod Menu as well — Drip Sounds depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. Drip Sounds appears in your mod list once the game loads.
