Radium

PerformanceNeoForge · ForgeNeeds Canary
Radium takes CaffeineMC's Lithium and adapts it for Forge Mod Loader, so Forge and NeoForge players can run the same optimization work. The author notes it deliberately takes a different route from Canary, a hardfork that disables some of Lithium's more important optimizations and is slow to track upstream. Free and open source, and modpacks may bundle it with attribution.
