How to install Modern Skin Packs

1. 1Download the Modern Skin Packs .zip from the button above — keep it zipped. It is hosted on MineSpecs, so there is no ad-gate or redirect.
2. 2Launch Minecraft 1.20 – 26.2 and open Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder.
3. 3Drop the .zip into that resourcepacks folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\resourcepacks on Windows).
4. 4Back in-game, move Modern Skin Packs to the right-hand column to activate it and click Done. No restart needed — textures swap immediately.

Resolution & compatibility

It isn't tied to one texture resolution, so it sits alongside whatever resolution your other packs use. Modern Skin Packs retextures entities, environment, gui, models, simplistic, tweaks, utility, vanilla like, and works alongside other packs — Minecraft applies them top-down, so put Modern Skin Packs above any pack you want it to override. It also stacks cleanly with shader packs, since resource packs change textures while shaders change lighting.
