Hang Glider is largely a port of the original Open Glider, with fluid flight controls, tidy models and a reinforced upgrade for when you want more pace. Configuration is available in-game through a mod menu, or by editing the client, common and server config files directly. It has to be installed on both client and server, and pulls in different library mods depending on the loader you use.

How to install Hang Glider

1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Hang Glider supports 1.18.2 – 26.2.
2Download Needs Forge Config Screens, Puzzles Lib and Cardinal Components API as well — Hang Glider depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. Hang Glider appears in your mod list once the game loads.
