Valkyrien Skies turns built structures into moving ships with real physics: light ones float, and collisions work ship to ship, ship to world, ship to player and ship to entity. It is a library, so you need an add-on such as Eureka to use it in ordinary gameplay, and it integrates with Create so contraptions can travel with the ship. The 2.x line is still in beta.
