Cobbreeding extends the pasture block into a breeding pen: leave compatible Pokemon roaming inside, press the button to start breeding, and come back later to find an egg in the nesting area underneath. Pairs work even when the two Pokemon have different owners, and IV inheritance is implemented, though some details deliberately differ from the main-series games. The mod is deliberately not published on CurseForge, so only download it from the official pages.

How to install Cobbreeding

  1. 1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Cobbreeding supports 1.20.1 – 1.21.1.
  2. 2Download Needs Cobblemon, Cloth Config API and Fabric Language Kotlin as well — Cobbreeding depends on it and will not load without it.
  3. 3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
  4. 4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. Cobbreeding appears in your mod list once the game loads.
