EMIffect appends status effects to EMI with a written description for each, in the spirit of Just Enough Effect Descriptions and reusing its existing text. Mod authors can supply descriptions for their own effects through language files using a simple key format, and both players and modders can append custom stacks for specific effects. EMI itself has to be installed for any of it to appear.

How to install EMIffect

1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — EMIffect supports 1.19.2 – 1.21.1.
2Download Needs EMI and Fabric API as well — EMIffect depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. EMIffect appears in your mod list once the game loads.
