When a mod or datapack adds a bad entry to a tag such as the pickaxe mineable tag, vanilla throws out the whole tag - which can leave every pickaxe-mineable block unbreakable. Load My F***ing Tags keeps the valid entries instead, and reports in chat and in the server or client log when it has had to step in. Sensible insurance for large modpacks where one packaging mistake can otherwise break a save.

How to install Load My F***ing Tags
