Fog Overrides exposes settings Minecraft normally keeps out of reach: per-biome and per-dimension fog range and colour, sky colour, an experimental water colour, and separate underwater and under-lava values for when water breathing or fire resistance is active. Creative and spectator mode can carry their own values, and cloud height plus the water and lava overlays are adjustable too. Since 2.0.0 a server running the mod sends its settings to clients, which overrides their local config.

How to install Fog Overrides
- 1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Fog Overrides supports 1.18.2 – 1.21.5.
- 2Download Needs Cloth Config API and Architectury API as well — Fog Overrides depends on it and will not load without it.
- 3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
- 4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. Fog Overrides appears in your mod list once the game loads.
