An unofficial fork of Sodium Extra for (Neo)Forge, adding granular control over animations, particles, sky and weather details, fog and other render settings, plus extras like an FPS and coordinate display. It also carries visual bug fixes and performance options Embeddium does not ship itself. Despite the name, development targets Embeddium because it updates faster; Rubidium remains a priority, but you may occasionally need an older build for the pair to line up.

How to install Embeddium (Rubidium) Extra

1Install NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Embeddium (Rubidium) Extra supports 1.16 – 1.21.1.
2Download Needs Embeddium, TexTrue's Rubidium Options and Oculus as well — Embeddium (Rubidium) Extra depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the NeoForge · Forge profile. Embeddium (Rubidium) Extra appears in your mod list once the game loads.
