Just Enough Breeding adds extra recipe-viewer categories covering animal breeding: the items each mob needs, its spawn egg for quick identification, and how many eggs it produces afterwards if it lays any. Creatures that must be tamed first are marked with "(tamed)" in their name, and other mods can hook into the system through the documented integration API. Most useful in large packs where breeding items are no longer obvious.

How to install Just Enough Breeding (JEBr)

1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Just Enough Breeding (JEBr) supports 1.15.2 – 1.21.11.
2Download Needs Blast from the Past, Windswept and More Critters as well — Just Enough Breeding (JEBr) depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. Just Enough Breeding (JEBr) appears in your mod list once the game loads.
