ViaFabricPlus builds on the ViaVersion project and adds the client-side fixes it could not, restoring older movement, block and entity interaction and graphics behaviour so legacy servers feel closer to how they originally played. It only runs on the newest client version, only affects multiplayer, and does not support resource packs from older versions. Fabric only - the author has ruled out Forge and NeoForge builds.

How to install ViaFabricPlus

1Install Fabric · Quilt for your Minecraft version — ViaFabricPlus supports 1.19.3 – 26.2.
2Download the ViaFabricPlus .jar from the button above. It is hosted on MineSpecs, so there are no ad-gates or redirects.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · Quilt profile. ViaFabricPlus appears in your mod list once the game loads.
