Select Lost Cities as your world type and you spawn into a decayed metropolis covering the entire overworld, threaded with highways, bridges, tunnels, a subway system and a great many dungeons full of spawners and loot. Generation presets called profiles change how cities are built, and the configuration runs deep enough to add custom buildings and blocks. It can be installed server-side only, so vanilla clients are still able to connect.

How to install The Lost Cities

1Install NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — The Lost Cities supports 1.10.2 – 1.21.11.
2Download Needs CompatLayer and The One Probe as well — The Lost Cities depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the NeoForge · Forge profile. The Lost Cities appears in your mod list once the game loads.
