Minecraft, but Mobs Drop OP Loot
Hostile mobs stop dropping scraps and start dropping gear worth fighting for. Zombies pay in iron ingots, blocks and armour. Skeletons hand over quivers of spectral arrows and their own skull. Endermen cough up pearls, eyes and the occasional ender chest. Witches brew you enchanted golden apples, drowned surrender tridents and hearts of the sea, and wither skeletons give up their skull every single time. Every vanilla drop is preserved underneath, and every treasure pool requires that you land the killing blow, so mob grinders never turn into netherite printers.

How it works
- Thirty-three vanilla entity loot tables are overridden - zombie, husk, zombie villager, drowned, skeleton, stray, bogged, wither skeleton, creeper, both spiders, enderman, witch and twenty more.
- Every mob keeps its full vanilla drop list, then stacks themed pools on top: iron gear from zombies, cobwebs from spiders, nautilus shells from drowned, echo shards and smithing templates from the warden.
- Every treasure pool is gated behind killed_by_player, so fall traps, iron golems and AFK grinders still yield only vanilla scraps. You have to land the kill yourself.
- Drops are tiered - one guaranteed signature item, a mid-rarity secondary roll, and a 4-12% jackpot such as an elytra from a phantom, a conduit from an elder guardian or a heavy core from a breeze.
- A hidden advancement fires on each hostile kill, revokes itself on the first line to re-arm, and ticks a scoreboard. Every 100 kills pays out a Bounty Cache of diamonds, ancient debris and totems.
- Pure vanilla data pack: pack_format 48 with supported_formats up to 99, singular 1.21 folder names, no mods and no resource pack required.
Installing it
- 1.Download the zip below. Do not unzip it — Minecraft reads the zip directly.
- 2.In Minecraft, click your world, then Edit, then Open World Folder.
- 3.Drop the zip into the datapacks folder inside that world.
- 4.Load the world. Run /datapack list to confirm it is enabled.
NoteData packs apply per world, not per installation — install it into every world you want it in. It changes only what it says it changes, so it is safe to remove later by deleting the zip.
