Minecraft, but Sleeping Gives Loot

Beds stop being a way to skip the dark and start being a paycheck. Sleep a full night and a chest appears beside you, stocked from the pack's own loot table: a stack of food, something that makes light, one or two piles of raw materials, and a rare slot that occasionally coughs up an enchanted book, a saddle or a diamond. Your first night ever pays a starter kit, and every seventh night adds a Well Rested cache with Regeneration on top. Get thrown out of bed by a creeper and you get nothing, so the night has to actually be slept.

How it works

• A hidden advancement on the minecraft:slept_in_bed trigger fires the moment you climb into a bed, then revokes itself on the first line of its reward function so it re-arms for the next night.
• The pack records the world clock as you lie down and checks it again eight seconds later. Sleeping rewinds the day timer to dawn, so a smaller value is proof the night was genuinely skipped.
• Still in bed waiting on a multiplayer sleep vote? You get re-checked every two seconds instead of being written off. Kicked out by a mob and you get a quiet action bar note and no loot.
• On payout it scans the blocks around you, prefers one with solid ground beneath it, setblocks a chest there and fills it using loot insert from the pack's own supply table.
• The supply table rolls four pools: rations, a light or tool item, one to two material stacks, and a rare slot that is empty most mornings but sometimes is very much not.
• Your first night ever adds a starter kit and every seventh night adds a Well Rested cache plus Regeneration. Scoreboard toggles flip chest mode and chat broadcasts on or off in game.

Installing it

1. 1.Download the zip below. Do not unzip it — Minecraft reads the zip directly.
2. 2.In Minecraft, click your world, then Edit, then Open World Folder.
3. 3.Drop the zip into the datapacks folder inside that world.
4. 4.Load the world. Run /datapack list to confirm it is enabled.
