Held Item Info expands the item name popup above the hotbar with the details normally buried in tooltips: enchantments, potion effects, shulker box and bundle contents, firework attributes, lore, sign text, book authors, goat horn instruments and more. Every line can be toggled individually in-game when Mod Menu and a recent Cloth Config are present. Client-side only.

How to install Held Item Info

1Install Fabric · Quilt for your Minecraft version — Held Item Info supports 1.14 – 26.2.
2Download Needs Fabric API, Cloth Config API and Mod Menu as well — Held Item Info depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · Quilt profile. Held Item Info appears in your mod list once the game loads.
