Immersive Hotbar replaces the static hotbar with motion: slots react when you pick up, use or swap items, tooltips animate in when you switch or hover a slot, and the XP bar gains its own animation with level-up effects. Bouncy or shrink styles can be chosen per player through the in-game config. Held Item Info, Bedrockify and Item Borders are supported, though Forge coverage trails the other loaders.

How to install Immersive Hotbar

1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Immersive Hotbar supports 1.20 – 26.2.
2Download Needs Fabric API and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) as well — Immersive Hotbar depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. Immersive Hotbar appears in your mod list once the game loads.
