Alex's Mobs populates the world with a mix of real animals - grizzly bears, roadrunners, gazelles, orcas, gorillas and more - and a smaller set of invented ones such as the Endergrade and Bone Serpent. Nothing is purely decorative: every creature carries a unique drop, mechanic or function, and a few are outright bosses. Models, textures, animations and AI are built to sit comfortably next to the game's own recent mobs.

How to install Alex's Mobs

1Install NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Alex's Mobs supports 1.16.5 – 1.20.1.
2Download Needs Citadel as well — Alex's Mobs depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the NeoForge · Forge profile. Alex's Mobs appears in your mod list once the game loads.
