Universal Bone Meal fills the gaps where bone meal logically should work but doesn't. Growth behaviour differs per plant, the new interactions also fire from dispensers, and each one can be switched off individually in the config. It has to be installed on both client and server.

How to install Universal Bone Meal

1Install Fabric · NeoForge · Forge for your Minecraft version — Universal Bone Meal supports 1.18.2 – 26.2.
2Download Needs Puzzles Lib, Forge Config API Port and Forge Config Screens as well — Universal Bone Meal depends on it and will not load without it.
3Drop the .jar into your .minecraft/mods folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods on macOS).
4Launch Minecraft using the Fabric · NeoForge · Forge profile. Universal Bone Meal appears in your mod list once the game loads.
