• Cobblestone×3

Worth knowing

• Three blocks give six slabs, so converting blocks into slabs loses no material at all.
• Every craftable slab uses this row of three: all planks, the stone, sandstone, quartz, brick and cut copper families and, since 26.3, wool and concrete.
• A stonecutter also gives two slabs per stone-type or concrete block; wood and wool slabs can only be crafted.
• The shape matters but its position does not — this works in any corner of the grid, as long as the arrangement is the same.
