What you need

• Coal×1
• Stick×1
• Soul Sand×1

Worth knowing

• Shaped and vertical: coal or charcoal on top, a stick below it, soul sand or soul soil at the bottom.
• Three rows tall, so it needs a crafting table — it will not fit the 2x2 inventory grid.
• Makes four soul torches, which burn blue at light level 10 instead of a normal torch's 14.
• The shape matters but its position does not — this works in any corner of the grid, as long as the arrangement is the same.
