How to make Stonecutter
What you need
- Iron Ingot×1
- Stone×3
Worth knowing
- 1 iron ingot above 3 stone — smelted stone, not cobblestone.
- Cuts stone-type blocks 1:1 into stairs, walls and chiselled variants, wasting far less than crafting.
- Slabs are the exception: one block still gives 2 slabs, and it is the stonemason job site block.
- The shape matters but its position does not — this works in any corner of the grid, as long as the arrangement is the same.
