Enhances Minecraft with improved lighting, softer shadows, brighter sunlight, and subtle water visual improvements while keeping the vanilla style. Lixexis Shader is a vanilla-like pack from ItsLivex, bringing atmosphere and colored lighting to your world. It targets potato-tier hardware and up and runs through Iris or OptiFine on Minecraft 1.21 – 26.2. Its custom licence does not allow re-hosting, so the button above goes to the author’s official Modrinth page.

How to install Lixexis Shader

1. 1Install a shader loader for Minecraft 1.21 – 26.2 — Iris (pairs with Sodium) or OptiFine. Lixexis Shader is a shaderpack, so it needs a loader to run.
2. 2Download the Lixexis Shader .zip from the button above — keep it zipped. Its licence doesn’t permit re-hosting, so that button takes you to the official modrinth.com page — always the newest build, straight from the author.
3. 3Drop the .zip into your .minecraft/shaderpacks folder (%appdata%\.minecraft\shaderpacks on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/shaderpacks on macOS).
4. 4Launch the game, open Options → Video Settings → Shaders, and select Lixexis Shader.

Lixexis Shader is created by ItsLivex and published under its own Custom — no re-hosting terms.
