What you need

• Iron Ingot×5

Worth knowing

• Five iron ingots in a U shape, open at the top. It rides any rail and seats one player or mob.
• This is the base for the chest, furnace, TNT and hopper minecarts, so craft spares before a rail build.
• Common mix-up: the bucket is only three ingots in a V, the minecart needs five and the full bottom row.
• The shape matters but its position does not — this works in any corner of the grid, as long as the arrangement is the same.
