What you need

• Iron Ingot×2

Worth knowing

• Two iron ingots placed diagonally. Java matches the mirrored diagonal too, so either slant works.
• The pattern is only two slots wide and two tall, so it fits the 2x2 inventory grid and needs no crafting table.
• 238 uses. Shears collect wool, whole leaf blocks, cobwebs, vines, grass, ferns and honeycomb from a hive.
• The shape matters but its position does not — this works in any corner of the grid, as long as the arrangement is the same.
