- Needs smelted stone, not cobblestone — cobblestone in a 2x2 gives nothing.
- A stonecutter converts stone to stone bricks 1:1, which wastes nothing on odd amounts.
- Mossy stone bricks are made separately from stone bricks plus a vine or moss block.
