How to Make Iron Bars in Minecraft

What you need

• Iron Ingot×6

Worth knowing

• Six iron ingots make sixteen bars, the same 3x2 shape used for glass panes.
• Bars connect to each other and to solid blocks and block mob movement while staying see-through.
• The shape matters but its position does not — this works in any corner of the grid, as long as the arrangement is the same.

Building blocks are the cheapest thing to over-gather; mine more than you think you need. Practise the grids in Craft Master. Icons from Saturation++ (Apache-2.0).
